Calorie Counter Spreadsheet – Now that the good weather is beginning, and it seems that we are increasingly exercising, we have thought of creating a template to manage the calories consumed per day, with a weekly summary. It is especially useful for people who can not consume more than a certain number of calories and grams of fat a day.
The template consists of 9 sheets (one for each day of the week, one containing the weekly summary and one for the configuration). Before using it you must enter the configuration sheet, where information on the calories and grams of fat that have been ingesting daily, meals at breakfast, lunch, dinner and entrehueras. You should also introduce the foods allowed in your diet, with your measurements and calories. Once this was done, the template was ready for use.
The way to go filling the template is very intuitive. Each day of the week you are noting the next food, without forgetting the quantity of each. This will calculate the calories and fats they contain.
